Hi, my name is Kris!  I went to Jefferson High School and graduated in 1985.  After graduation, I went on to get my bachelor's degree in Outdoor/Environmental Education at UW La Crosse.  I did my internship at George Williams College in Williams Bay, WI.  I graduated with a BS Degree in 1991.  I went on to further my education with an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy in 1998 at Lakeside School of Natural Therapeutics in Milwaukee.  I continue my education in areas I feel there is a need.  I have had the great fortune of working with many great therapists from around the country.  I have a love of Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Massage with scents, and Hot Stone Therapy.  I have received some specialized training in Manual Lymph Drainage and over the years have been able to bring people to better awareness and a more active way of life.  In my free time, I love biking, hiking, camping, and spending time on our land with friends and family!  We also have a love of traveling around the country and world for the love of really good food and really good friends and family.  I also have a love for Randy, our two dogs, and chickens.  I have a great love for what I do and who I do it for.  I have had the great fortune to be able to practice for over 22 years.  In that time I have had the opportunity to work with many people in our local communities and consider each of you friends!  I feel very blessed and hope to continue to work with all of you in the future!
